 ASMC is regarded as a hi-tech company by the Science and Technology Committee of Shanghai and is based in Cao He Jing High-Tech Park of Shanghai, the PRC. Since ASMC's founding, it has dedicated itself to providing niche wafer foundry manufacturing services for semiconductor companies. ASMC is now a leading independent analog foundry, manufacturing analog semiconductors and higher bi-polar content-based mixed-signal semiconductors.
 
 


         GSMC

Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (Grace) is a pure IC foundry company that specializes in Integrated Circuit (IC) fabrication. Grace is located in the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park in Pudong, Shanghai, with a total land area of 240,000 square meters and a first-phase investment of $1.63 billion. Two fabs based on 12-inch wafer specifications have been constructed. Currently, Fab 1A(8") is in full production, and has been since Grace's grand opening on September 23rd, 2003. It reaches a monthly capacity of 27,000 8" wafers in the second half of 2004.

 
 


         CSWC
 CSWC is located in WuXi, Jiangsu Province. it provides niche wafer foundry manufacturing services for semiconductor companies. It currently has one fab equipped to 6-inch wafer.

 
 


 APM(Shanghai)

Agape Package Manufacturing (Shanghai) Ltd is a U.S.& Japan based company with a total investment of USD 20 millions. The company focuses on IC packages and testing. APM(SH) was established in October 2004 and plan to production in July 2005.
